Guess this dealership doesn't want customers with good credit and a nice down payment! My husband then told our salesman that we weren't going to do business with a place that treated us like that, and proceeded to leave our cars there and call a cab and when I told Warren Choe that we weren't going to be doing business with them ever again- he said GOOD!! Is that what you call a sales manager? Loyal customers for 15 years, over 6 cars bought, and this would have been #7 and he was happy to see us leave. Mr Choe looked at us with arm's crossed and said it wasn't "his problem if we couldn't do math" and that "he couldn't deal with our negative energy" upon which he walked away from us and said to our salesman "see what I mean?" upon which I asked are you speaking derrogatively toward us, he continued walking away. The salesperson was not coming up with options that seemed reasonable to us, so he called his manager Warren Choe over to assist. We brought our 2 leased cars in on Saturday, Novemhoping to trade both in for 1 new leased car since my grandfather could no longer drive his Honda Accord (purchased at Brilliance btw). My husband and I have been loyal customers for 15 years to Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake and have purchased 3 new cars there and 3 leased cars there as well as recommending them to friends and family who have in turn purchased 3 new cars there (all CRV's).
